Finding the apartment

  1. At security, you’ll be asked for your passport.
  2. Once through, turn right at the roundabout.
  3. At the next mini roundabout, loop back on yourself.
  4. Look for the gap in the green hedge, drive in and turn left.
  5. This is the car park for Building 16. Your private undercover space, marked 36, is on the right, next to the post.
  6. Through the black iron gate you will find the lift to the 3rd floor and the staircase.

On arrival

Your key-safe code is sent to you on the day of arrival via Booking.com message, or by WhatsApp for direct bookings.

Any issues on arrival, call Anna. She is on site, and you’ll be given her details after booking.

Early check-in & late check-out

We can sometimes offer an early arrival or a late departure, subject to availability. Send us a request before you travel and we’ll let you know if it’s possible. A small charge applies; see Additional charges on the Book / Pricing page.

WiFi

Network name and password are on the back of the front door, and we send the password with your day-of-arrival details.

Register your hire car

Register at the INMHO Administration office in the Al Kasar, or by email alhama@inmho.es.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00. White forms are on the shelf in the apartment.

Getting around

Al Kasar (red building on your left as you enter the site, near security, a few minutes' walk): supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Penthouse pool: out the back of the building, turn right along the path at the edge of the golf course. Past a small children's play area; the pool is about a minute on. Remember your pool bands: security may remove anyone not wearing one.

Naranjos pool: leave the building and the car park, cross the road to a large pool surrounded by the villas.

Condado Club bar and restaurant: between Jardíns 5 and 7.

Golf Club: turn left out of the car park, over the roundabout, and you’ll see the flags.
